Red Cross, Miami FL:
Project management construction management for the relocation of the South Florida headquarters. Project includes 35,000 sf. Office and
classroom facility with 15,000 sf. warehouse / emergency response area and a
state of the art aquatics center. Specific challenges of this project included
designing the structure to be fully functional for day to day operations as
well as functioning as a base of operations during a disaster. The structure is designed to meet category
five hurricane standards and to be completely self sufficient in times of
disaster. Our involvement with the project completed with the design management and space programming phase.
Don King Productions, Deerfield Beach FL: Provided Consulting Services and Project Costing Services to help settle multiple insurance claims at multiple locations due to hurricane damage.

Construction management services provided for the relocation of existing 15,000
square foot office to new penthouse offices in Downtown Miami. Project includes class “A” finishes in
elevator lobby, reception area, board rooms, and conference rooms. A new server
room with precision electrical and mechanical systems for 24-hour operation is
incorporated in the project. The project
schedule was phased to allow early occupancy.
