Project Management

Our team works closely with all stakeholders to initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control your Mission Critical Facility. Startup & Commissioning
Weeks Group will work directly with owners, vendors, and clients to ensure the commissioning process follows a comprehensive process of verification checks, start-up procedures, and functional tests to facilitate a timely transition to the operations groups. We will work with all parties to ensure full involvement along with cooperation of contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the commissioning phase.

Aaron Weeks
Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Aaron Weeks has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry with a focus on Mission Critical Projects. Throughout his career he has delivered complex Data Center projects around the country and across the globe.
Founded in 2004, Weeks Group has worked with industry leading companies such as Digital Realty Trust, Equinix, Facebook, Microsoft, Mobil Oil, and Walmart.
Aaron has worn every hat in Data Center construction from Owner’s Rep, Superintendent, to Equipment Rep. and everything in between. His breadth of experience gives him a astute understanding of what is important to every teammate and stakeholder involved in the project.
Weeks is well known for consistently delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Through decades of experience in every phase of construction and a singular focus on Data Centers, Weeks has developed an approach that provides Data Center Owners, Operators and their Teams with Mission Critical Facilities, months ahead of industry standard with superior results.
Aaron was part of the team that holds the fastest startup to complete commissioning record, for a confidential client who is one of the world’s largest Data Center developers.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. When not in the office or on the job-site, Aaron is on his boat fishing with his wife and their dog in the beautiful Florida Keys.
Building Weeks Grp, LLC has been Aaron Week’s life’s work. Though he still can’t get enough of the data center construction world and wants to continue doing what he loves most, fine-tuning his niche as a consultant in the industry.
Lisa Weeks
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Weeks has been instrumental in Weeks Group’s success throughout the years, and as the new CEO she will utilizes her leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, Lisa Weeks is dedicated to leveraging her visionary thinking and exceptional communication skills to steer Weeks Group into a new era as its new CEO. Her career in communication and mobilization spans the realms of media, legislature, and business, providing her with the unique opportunity to engage with and learn from some of the most influential figures in America. Lisa derives the greatest fulfillment from collaborative accomplishments, where a team achieves something extraordinary together that would be impossible to accomplish apart. She calls Lincoln, NE home, where she enjoys actively engaging in workouts, serves in her church, and snuggling her grandchildren.
Lucy Weeks
Chief Financial Officer
Lucy Platt Weeks is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning finance, business ownership, and social work. As the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Weeks Group LLC in Ramrod Key, FL, she brings her financial acumen to the forefront by leading the company’s financial operations and shaping its fiscal strategies. For years Lucy has played a pivotal role in overseeing Weeks Grp, LLC’s financial structure. In the past Lucy enjoyed contributing to the social welfare sector with her work as a Community Support Specialist and Rehabilitation Specialist. Her educational foundation includes a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, demonstrating her commitment to both finance and social work. Lucy’s wide array of professional activities and training further underscore her commitment to continuous growth and expertise development.
In her free time Lucy loves spending time relaxing and painting at her home on the Florida Keys with her husband Aaron and Springer Spaniel Joe Joe.
Mike Sparks
Project Manager
Mike’s role involves significant responsibilities, including the development of site schedules, leading field team operations, and driving team-building efforts to ensure cohesive project execution. His hands-on approach in overseeing the commissioning of data center spaces paired with his knowledge of power generation and backup power systems are critical to his success. Key to his achievements is Mike’s ability to lead the commissioning stages (L2, L3, L4) for data centers, managing projects totaling 96MW, and successfully conducting 10 Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs).
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike is an avid outdoorsman with a keen interest in camping and fly-fishing. These activities not only reflect his love for nature but also contribute to his personal well-being and mindfulness, balancing his professional challenges with outdoor pursuits.
John Schuster
Project Manager / Scheduling Specialist
Mr. Schuster is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Three with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the U.S. Army National Guard, specializing in electronics systems maintenance. Throughout his military service, he exhibited unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership, earning the respect of his peers and superiors. His exceptional communication skills and technical prowess were instrumental in the successful execution of critical missions.
Mr. Schuster’s commitment to excellence extended beyond his military tenure as he transitioned to the civilian sector, where he excelled as a Field Engineer and Field Technician Supervisor. In this capacity, he leveraged his extensive experience to mentor teams, optimize workflows, and significantly contribute to cost-saving initiatives. His technical proficiency, encompassing electronics testing, troubleshooting, and proficiency in programming languages like VBA for Excel, and Python, underscored his versatility and adaptability.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, John enjoys pursuing his passions for Amateur Radio and exploring the great outdoors in his leisure time.
Jason Lane
Electrical Superintendent / Commissioning and Startup Specialist
Jason Lane is an Electrical Superintendent / Commissioning and Startup Specialist with a career spanning over two decades in the electrical and construction sectors, particularly in the realm of data center construction. Lane has been involved in many different size projects including the last few years working on mission critical projects. He has recently been focused on all aspects of these projects including scheduling, design, prefabrication, vendor and general contractor coordination, and commissioning. Jason has a unique talent for understanding complicated issues and bringing leadership to solve problems. He also uses an organized approach to project completion and ability to involve associates in the completion of a project assuring a good quality, on schedule completion.
Jason is married to his wife of 24 years, and they have raised two children. He enjoys cooking, fishing, playing golf, University of Iowa sports, and especially Chicago Cubs baseball.
Cynthia Kirtland
Project Manager
With over two decades of dedicated experience in the construction industry, Cynthia Kirtland started her career at her family’s glass and glazing construction firm. Transitioning to a smaller general contractor, and eventually to the hyperscale data center industry, Cynthia brings an expertise to HR operations and project management support and driving commissioning initiatives. Adept at overcoming challenges and adhering to stringent deadlines, she is a fervent advocate for procedural efficacy and uniformity. Cynthia values participating in vital communities such as Mission Critical Safety, DEI Council, and Subject Matter Expert.
Outside of work Cynthia loves spending time outdoors with her family camping, side by side riding, and going to the lake. She and her husband think it’s a blast to binge watch a great tv series and hanging out with our four dogs, two mini-Australian shepherds, a red-haired lab-Weimaraner mix and a yellow lab.
Robert Johnson
Construction Manager
Robert Johnson is a seasoned Construction Manager with a diverse portfolio encompassing ground-up new construction projects and data center retrofits. Over his career, Robert has developed a comprehensive skill set in various construction project applications. His expertise in project sequencing and his ability to cultivate strong client relationships make him an invaluable asset to our team. In his spare time, Robert enjoys traveling, riding dirt bikes, skydiving, fishing, camping with his family, and spending time by the ocean.
Jacob Weeks
Consulting Systems Engineer
With over a decade of expertise in the IT sector, Jacob Weeks specializes in systems engineering, emphasizing cloud solutions and application performance. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Jacob has notably enhanced server operations and security protocols in numerous data centers worldwide.
An innovator at heart, Jacob not only excels in deploying both public and private cloud environments but continuously advances his skills through ongoing professional development in emerging technologies. His projects often involve leveraging cutting-edge tools to drive efficiencies and secure enterprise data, reflecting his commitment to excellence in every endeavor.
Outside of professional endeavors, Jacob is an avid sailor and metalwork enthusiast, often found crafting bespoke pieces or navigating the coastal waters. His greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and four children, exploring new adventures together.
John Trayer
Project Manager
John Trayer has worked in all facets of the electrical industry for over 3 decades. John started his electrical journey as an IBEW indentured apprentice. He has worked as an apprentice through being an owner operator of an electrical contracting firm. John in the last decade has specialized in electrical and instrumentation projects as a Construction Manager working heavy industrial mission critical projects. John has been a member of Global Quality Teams for continued improvement and Global Safety Teams with previous employers; he has been a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the US DOD, and DOA. John holds a Master Electrical license in the State of Michigan and keeps it current; he is also proficient in the British Standards 17th edition for 50Hz systems. Before working in the electrical industry John has been the youngest Chief of Police for a small town in Northern MI and is a US Army Disabled Vet. Chinook helicopter mechanic.
John is married to his wife Kathy, their 4 children are all adults and out of the house, they currently have 6 grandchildren. John is also a Pro Coach level 1 for strength and hypertrophy training, and has been a martial artist since the age of 16. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Okinawan San-Chin-Ru, and this year in 2024 will be obtaining his instructors level in Wing Chun Kung Fu, he enjoys wood working and making fine furniture as a hobby.
Madison Collett
Accountant
Madison brings over a decade of experience providing planning, leadership and support in the areas of Accounting & Finance in the Real Estate, Property Management & Construction Industry. Her love for people, company culture, along with financial strategy and growth has driven her professional career and achievements.
In her free time, Madison can be found running her little girl around to soccer, gymnastics, or girl scouts. She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends traveling, spending time outdoors and trying out new restaurants. Atlanta, GA is where she calls home so she can be close to family. Madison is the Director of Fundraising & Treasury for Stand Up For Seniors, a non-profit group in her hometown. Her love for culinary creativity has pushed her to being the go to girl for everyone’s parties when it comes to charcuterie boards & grazing tables. Her family sidekicks, Riggins & Scooter, two long hair dachshunds keep their family on their toes!
Keith Warner
Director | Construction Services
Eight years of service in the United States Navy and 30 years of success in construction have tested and proven Keith’s dedication to safety and quality. He has built projects on raw land in Alaska, installed and commissioned generators of up to 3 MW and built wireless broadband facilities, demonstrating his ability to design and manage the workflow of multiple teams in diverse contexts. He brings a high level of expertise in mechanical, structural, electrical, and civil projects, from site selection through commissioning and turn over.
As a Project Superintendent of mission critical construction for the past ten years, Keith is accustomed to fast paced, high-stakes management. He has focused on data center construction for the past six years, managing projects of up to 50 megawatts.
Keith lives in the Quad Cities in Iowa, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, competition BBQ, and restoring classic cars, including a favorite ‘65 Mustang.
Mike Harvey
Project Manager | Construction Services
Mike Harvey is a seasoned Program Manager with two decades of expertise within the Construction and Engineering Industries. Throughout his career, Mike has honed his skills in orchestrating critical equipment replacement and upgrade projects, leveraging his deep-rooted engineering and construction acumen. Renowned for his adeptness in problem solving, Mike is relentlessly prepared to tackle the next challenge head-on. In his current role as Program Manager, he spearheads the expansion efforts of Weeks Construction Services nationwide, forging enduring relationships with clients and trade partners alike.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike’s favorite place to be beside his wife of 17 years, Ashley, and their four amazing kids. Together, they love traveling, camping, and investing in the next generation through Boy Scouts of America.
Jazlyn Fulford
Project Manager | Construction Services
Jazlyn Fulford brings a fresh perspective and contagious energy to the Weeks Group Team. Attaining a degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, Jazlyn became as a Project Engineer and eventually a Building Automation Systems subcontractor. After being a part of notable projects in the South Beach area, Jazlyn has traveled the country contributing to some of the world’s largest hyperscale data center builds. Jazlyn calls Dallas, Texas home, where she plans to enjoy working out, traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts.
Ronnie Oliver
Safety Professional | Construction Services
With over 35 years of expertise in Safety & Operations within the Construction, Utility, and Regulatory Compliance sectors, Ronnie Oliver has had influential roles at Quanta Services, TC Energy, and Nisource. His expertise in leading teams through the intricacies of OSHA, FERC, PHMSA, DOT, and EPA regulations at both federal and state levels has set him apart in the data center construction industry.
Ronnie’s favorite times are spent with his family in the beauty of the Outer Banks of NC or at “Twin Oaks,” his family farm in Southeastern Virginia. He also shares America’s love for the game of baseball… Go Orioles!!
Jimmy Guevara
Superintendent | Construction Services
With over a decade of experience in the commercial construction industry, Jimmy Guevara has successfully led numerous significant projects, including the 14-story University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. Specializing in data center construction, Jimmy leverages his leadership skills as a Superintendent to solve complex problems and ensure Weeks Construction Services projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys camping, crappie fishing, watching football, and spending quality time with his amazing family at some of the coolest theme parks.
Mark Daniel
Field Superintendent | Construction Services
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University, Mark gained nine years of hands-on field operations experience nationwide. Transitioning into data center construction services three years ago, he advanced from an onsite Project Engineer to a Field Superintendent. Mark now aspires to join the Quality Control Department at Weeks Group, where his attention to detail and ability to connect intricate project elements will be invaluable.
Outside of work, Mark stays active by golfing, working out at the gym, and fishing. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite football and baseball teams.
Warren “Bill” Pemberton
Senior Project Superintendent | Construction Services
A seasoned Senior Project Superintendent with forty-seven years of diverse construction experience, Bill began as a Union Carpenter in the Pacific Northwest. Recognized for his leadership skills, Bill navigated challenges with a passion for creative problem-solving and a data-driven mindset. Over the years, he honed his skills in coordinating subcontractors, crucial for project success. Bill’s expertise spans mission-critical projects like data centers, bridges, and solar farms. Beyond work, Bill loves spending time with his wife Jeanie, and their family in the great outdoors hunting, fishing, scuba diving, camping and traveling.
Jace Booth
Safety Engineer | Construction Services
Jace Booth is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety. With a keen interest in the data center industry, Jace’s electrical safety expertise is a significant asset to Weeks Construction Services.
In his free time, Jace enjoys spending quality time with his brothers, fishing, playing golf, and being on the water. He is also an avid Formula One racing fan, go McLaren!
